AzerGold increases gold production by 1%, silver production by 66%

AzerGold CJSC produced 62,100 ounces of gold and 223,100 ounces of silver in 2022, Board Chairman Zakir Ibrahimov said, Report informs.

Compared to 2021, gold production increased by 500 ounces (0.9%) and silver production by 88,600 ounces (65.9%).

Thus, in 2017-2022, the state company's gold production amounted to 318,000 ounces, and silver production to 711,000 ounces.

In 2023, the production of 62,500 ounces of gold and 108,300 ounces of silver has been set as a target.
