Azerbaijan records decline in silver production

In January–March 2024, Azerbaijan produced 427.6 kg of gold and 839.8 kg of silver, representing a decline of 3.8% and 16.3%, respectively, compared to the same period last year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
During the specified period, the production of copper concentrate in Azerbaijan stood at 54.3 tons, showing a decrease of 93.6% from the same period in 2023.
As of April 1, 2024, Azerbaijan had reserves of 196.8 kg of gold, 507.4 kg of silver, and 76.7 tons of copper concentrate.
