Winners of first competitions of ISSF World Championships announced

Today, the first competitions of the World Shooting Championship were held in Baku, Report informs.

The Chinese have demonstrated their superiority both individually and as a team in Final 10m Air Pistol Men.

Bowen Zhang, a member of the Chinese team, won the gold medal in the individual category with 244.3 points. The silver medal went to Serbian Damir Mikec, scoring 240.8 points, and Kiril Kirov won a bronze medal for Bulgaria finishing with 215.7 points in the final.

The Chinese took first place in the team event and won the gold medal. Germany won the silver medal, India - the bronze medal.
