Azerbaijani athletes win 192 medals in international competitions

According to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Azerbaijani athletes won 192 medals in international competitions in 2020. Report informs that 60 of them are gold, 46 silver and 86 bronze medals.

So far, 17 athletes have received 13 licenses to participate in the Tokyo Summer Olympics (athletics-2, shooting-1, swimming-1, wrestling-2, cycling-1, rhythmic gymnastics-2, gymnastics-2, taekwondo-1, boxing-1.)

Also, nine licenses have been won for the Tokyo Paralympic Games so far.
