Ministry of Youth and Sport awards the best of the year - LIST

Baku. 26 December. REPORT.AZ/ A ceremony dedicated to the 2018 sports results was held at the Azerbaijan State Physical Culture and Sports Academy (ASPCA).

Report informs that Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov and vice-president of the National Olympic Committee Chingiz Huseynzade emphasized that this year Azerbaijan has hosted a number of international competitions at a high level, and athletes got to the podium at different tournaments.

Then the winners of the year were awarded in different nominations. Apart from Rahimov and Huseynzade, the prizes were presented by the Head of the Department of Youth Policy and Sports of the Presidential Administration Yusuf Mammadaliyev, MPs, as well as well-known figures of the sports community.
