Mariana Vasileva: Gold medal won at Olympic Games is a great success of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation

Baku. 25 October. REPORT.AZ/ The gold medal won at the Olympic Games is a great success of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, Mariana Vasileva, head coach of the Azerbaijani national rhythmic gymnastics team said.

Report informs that Vasileva was commenting on the gold medal won by Yelizaveta Luzan at the 3rd Summer Youth Olympic Games in capital of Argentina Buenos Aires.

According to the Bulgarian specialist, the first vice-president of Azerbaijan, the president of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Mehriban Aliyeva makes a great contribution to the development of this sport both in the country and in the world.

Vasileva also noted that several important gymnastics competitions will be held in Azerbaijan in 2019.

Notably, Yelizaveta Luzan won gold medal in the mixed team competitions of the International Olympic Committee.
