Islamic Games: Azerbaijani judokas win four medals 

Azerbaijani judoka Nariman Mirzeyev competed with Uzbek Shakram Ahadov at the 5^th Islamic Solidarity Games held in Konya, Turkiye, Report informs.

The 73 kg athlete won the silver medal after being defeated by Ahadov.

Another Azerbaijani judoka Telman Valiyev defeated Chingizkhan Saginaliyev (73 kg) of Kyrgyzstan and won a bronze medal.

Another judoka Balabay Aghayev (60 kg) has Kamran Nurullayev of Uzbekistan and won the gold medal.

Female judoka Konul Aliyeva won the silver medal after being defeated by Turkish athlete Tugce Beder.

Azerbaijani judoka Balabay Aghayev (60 kg) has reached the final at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games held in Konya, Turkiye, Report informs.

Aghayev defeated Hagverdi Jumayev of Turkmenistan. He will compete with Kamran Nurullayev of Uzbekistan.

Moreover, other athletes from Azerbaijan, Nariman Mirzeyev (73 kg), Leyla Aliyeva (48 kg), and Konul Aliyeva (48 kg), advanced to the semi-finals.
