Azerbaijani taekwondo player wins a bronze medal in world championship

Baku. 30 June. REPORT.AZ/ The national team of Azerbaijan won the first medal at the taekwondo world championship in South Korea's Muju.

Report informs, Mahammad Mammadov, won bronze medal at 63 kg weight category.

He lost to Mirhashem Hossaini in the semifinals 5:6.

Notably, one more Azerbaijani athlete Milad Beigi Harchegani qualified for semi-finals. He will compete with Moldovan Aaron Cook.
