Azerbaijani sports federation holds 2 presidential elections in 2 months

Baku. 11 April. REPORT.AZ/Azerbaijan Mountaineering Federation has hold 2 presidential elections during last 54 days.

Report informs, the first election organized at International Press Center on February 16.

Representatives of the report-election conference has elected representative of 'Olimp' club Mammad Abbasbayli as a new president by majority vote. M.Abbasbayli substituted Israfil Asurlu.

But on April 9, the federation's representatives came together again for the same purpose. This time, international master Nizami Mursagulov, who has extensive experience in the field of mountaineering, elected as a President of Azerbaijan Mountaineering Federation.
