World Championship: Azerbaijani judoka claims bronze medal

Azerbaijani judoka Vugar Talibov fought for the bronze medal at the World Championship in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Report informs that the 73 kg division the athlete faced Luigi Centracchio from Italy. The Azerbaijani Olympic champion, who defeated opponent by ippon, grabbed a bronze medal.

Earlier, Kamran Suleymanov won a silver medal in the weight category of 60 kg.

Notably, Vugar Talibov is the winner of the 2018 Summer Youth Olympic Games held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
