Azerbaijani freestyle wrestlers will compete in Intercontinental Cup

Baku. 14 October. REPORT.AZ/ 8th international wrestling tournament Intercontinental Cup will be held in Dagestani town of Khasavyurt.

Report informs referring to the official website of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, according to the Azerbaijani national team coaches15 wrestlers planned to attend the tournament that will last until October 16.

Under the leadership of coaches Asgarkhan Novruzov and Zelimkhan Huseynov wrestlers Parviz Ibrahimov (57 kg), Galib Aliyev, Ali Rahimzada, Ahmednabi Gvarzatilov (all 61 kg), Mahal Novruzov, Panah Ilyaslı, Agahuseyn Mustafayev, Muhammad Muslimov, Zelimkhan Veliyev (all 65 kg), Hajimurad Omarov, Orkhan Abbasov (both 70 kg), Ismail Abdullayev (74 kg), Hajimurad Mohammedsaidov (86 kg), Mahammadrasul Gazimagomedov (97 kg) and Umar Israilov (125 kg) will compete.

International referees Garib Aliyev, Natig Hajiyev and Abdul Nuriyev will represent Azerbaijan in competition.
