Azerbaijan's Paralympic athletes leave for Tokyo

Azerbaijan's Paralympic squad left for the Tokyo-2020 Summer Paralympic Games.
Report informs that at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the athletes were seen off by the Chief of the Sports Department at the Youth and Sports Ministry Farid Mansurov, President of the National Paralympic Committee Ilgar Rahimov, Chief of the Main Department of Youth and Sports of Baku Ragif Abbasov, participants of the Patriotic War, as well as representatives of the sports community.
The Paralympic Games will last from August 24 until September 5. Thirty-six athletes represent Azerbaijan in nine sports and 47 programs.
