Turkish citizen declared wanted by Azerbaijan through Interpol detained in Algeria

A person who has been declared wanted internationally by the Azerbaijani government has been detained in Algeria.
Report informs that Turkish citizen Alettin Muzaffar Ibrahim, who was declared wanted by Binagadi District Police Department through Interpol under Article 178 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code, has been detained in Algeria.
Measures on his extradition are underway.
