Trial on the case of company head involved in frauds in Baku begins

Preliminary investigation on criminal case of Agil Gadirov and Elnur Mammadov, accused of fraud, has been completed.

Report informs that the materials were sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes for consideration. The timing of the court hearing is yet to be set. There are 33 victims in the criminal case. The founder of Mega-City Holding Agil Gadirov and his acquaintance Elnur Mammadov are accused of fraud of 1 million AZN.

According to the indictment, these people have sold the same apartment in a residential building to several people.
