Trial in Alexander Lapshin's case continues

Baku. 6 July. REPORT.AZ/ Trial in blogger Alexander Lapshin's case has continued today in Baku Court on Grave Crimes.

Report informs, Lapshin’s mother did not take part in the process under the chairmanship of judge Alovsat Abbasov.

He appealed to the court with a lawyer and refused to testify.

The internally displaced person from Shusha, Asmar Khalilova, testified in the process.

Khalilova said she knew Lapshin after these events:"The people of Azerbaijan are humane people, and Lapshin misused it. Internally displaced persons have an objection to this person.A few days ago, the Azerbaijani people experienced a tragedy in Fizuli. What was the two-year-old Zahra's fault? Armenians killed her. Lapshin defended bandit Armenians.I want him well-deserved punishment”.

Another internally displaced person from Shusha Mammad Hajiyev said that after reading Lapshine's article he hated him:"I saw him as a devil, he was sold to Armenians”.

Internally displaced Yunus Huseynov said he had been shaken when he saw Lapshin in Azerbaijan.

Later on, the process of documentation started.

The process will continue on July 11.
