Supreme Court will consider a claim against Ministry in the amount of 2 mln AZN

Baku. 26 October. REPORT.AZ/ Procter&Gamble Azerbaijan Services LLC Ltd filed a lawsuit against the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Azerbaijan.

Report informs, the company filed a claim on the Elimination of decisions and instructions.

Baku Administrative-Economic Court №1 has not provided suits Baku Court of Appeal left unchanged the judicial act.Disagreeing, the company appealed to the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.

The claim will be considered in Supreme Court of Azerbaijan.

Recall that, during the inspections conducted last year by the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economy and Industry, inaccurate information confusing consumers identified in advertisements of toothbrush "Oral-B Pro-flex", battery "Duracell", washing powder "Ariel" and toothpaste "Blend-a-med Pro-expert".

In this regard, proceedings were initiated in relation to the customer of " Procter&Gamble Azerbaijan Services LLC " and prosecuted for violating the antitrust laws.

For unfair competition financial sanctions in the amount of 2 mln 163 thousand AZN imposed on "Procter&Gamble Azerbaijan Services LLC".
