Several Masally residents 'vaccinated' against COVID-19 in their absence

The Masally regional prosecutor's office is investigating the issuance of certificates of COVID-19 vaccination to several residents of the Sygdash village, who at the moment of 'vaccination' were not in the country.
Report informs, citing the regional prosecutor's office that investigation revealed reasonable suspicions that a medical worker at the Masally central district hospital Ziyafat Agababayev issued documents about the first stage of the anti-coronavirus vaccination to residents of the Sygdash village, who, as it turned out, were not in the country at the moment of their 'vaccination.'
A criminal case was launched under articles 308.1 and 313 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
