A man killing sister's fiance sentenced to 13 years

Baku. 11 December. REPORT.AZ / Court on criminal case of Elvin Elshan Javadov, accused for executing sister's fiance ended.

Report informs, sentence passed in process held under chairmanship of judge Rauf Aliyev in Baku Court of Grave Crimes.

In accordance with court judgement, E.Javadov was sentenced to 13 years.

Incident happened in new settlement in Mashtagha-Zabrat highway in Sabunchu District in February of this year.

For dispute background, he injured his sister's fiance by cutting or punching instrument. 24 years old young man died from injuries from heart region. E.Javadov yield oneself prisoner voluntarily. In testimony, he stated that killed him for coming to their home often.
