Report informs, Head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Samad Seyidov said at a press conference.

He said that the delegation of Azerbaijan to PACE adequately responds to Armenia: "Armenia and its surrounding forces use different tactics. All these steps are for Nagorno-Karabakh. But they will not succeed. "

S. Seyidov noted that the Council of Europe will change. He expressed confidence in this: "When we entered the Council of Europe we chose universal values. Unfortunately, they resort to pressure. We will be represented in that organization in the future”.
