Prosecutor General: Most effective measures will be taken against negative cases

Baku. 8 February. REPORT.AZ/ The activities in accordance with the instructions given by President Ilham Aliyev in order to prevent artificial price increases and creating a shortage of goods, monopolies, consumer fraud, and other abuses are implemented.

Head of the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office Eldar Sultanov responded the Report's query.

"In accordance with the Action Plan approved by the General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General's Office and the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economy, we provide urgent preventive, administrative, and investigative-operational measures against such cases, as well provide periodic information to the public through the media. As well the most effective measures will be taken against negative cases", said E.Sultanov.
