Iranian citizen declared wanted through CIS detained in Azerbaijan

Iranian citizen whom Commonwealth of Independent States declared internationally wanted for selling drugs, has been detained in Azerbaijan.
Report informs that Amir Yusiff Soltanisaransani was arrested at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, when he arrived in Baku.
Notably, the Republic of Azerbaijan has been a member of the CIS since September 24, 1993.
