Imprisonment period of man accused of attempted murder of Elmar Valiyev extended

Baku. 23 October. REPORT.AZ/ Nasimi District Court considered the presentation on extension of imprisonment period of Jeyhun Yunisov, who is accused of attempting to kill former head of Ganja City Executive Authority, Elmar Valiyev and Gasim Ashbazov police sergeant of Ganja City Police Department, as well as his relative, Jeyhun Gurbanov accused on planning and organizing terror and unrest in Ganja.

Report informs that the decision was made in the process chaired by judge Shalala Hasanova.

According to the decision, the detention period of all three persons has been increased by four months.
