Imprisonment of Narcological Center’s director extended for another two months

Baku. 12 July. REPORT.AZ/ The Nasimi District Court considered the petition filed by the investigative committee on the extension of imprisonment of center’s director, Telman Mammadhasanov, chief of the department, Azad Alakbarov and the engineer Mahir Abdullayev, related to the fire resulted numerous human casualties at the Republican Narcological Center in the Khatai district of Baku.

Report informs, a decision was made in the proceeding under the chairmanship of judge Babak Panahov.

According to the decision, the request of the investigative body was satisfied and the term of imprisonment on those persons was increased by two months.

Those who were dissatisfied with the decision filed an appeal. Baku Appeal Court did not satisfy complaints of all three persons.
