Germany extradits murder suspect to Azerbaijan

Baku. 27 December. REPORT.AZ/ A man who committed a murder crime in Azerbaijan has been arrested in Germany and extradited to Azerbaijan, Report informs citing the Ministry of Justice. It was noted that the German side made a positive decision on the extradition of Azerbaijani citizen charged under Article 120.1 of the Criminal Code (deliberate murder) and was recently extradited from Germany by the Ministry of Justice. It is also noted in the report that over the past five years, about 160 offenders have been extradited to Azerbaijan.
