Famous Azerbaijani insurance company sues a bank

Baku. 6 January. REPORT.AZ/ Atasığorta OJSC sued Muğanbank OJSC.

Report informs, the insurance company applied to Baku Administrative-Economical Court No 2 with a claim to deduct the funds from defendant. The satisfied the claim of plaintiff. 

The bank appealed the court decision. The complaint is reviewed by Baku Court of Appeal.
