Earthquake hits Shamakhi, Azerbaijan

Baku. 30 March. REPORT.AZ/ Earthquake occurred in Shamakhi this afternoon.Report was told in the Republican Seismological Service Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).

According to preliminary data, the tremors recorded at 14:59 local time, 13 km north of Pirgulu on the territory of Shamakhi.

An earthquake with magnitude of 4.1 points in depth of 7 km at the epicenter felt the power of 4 points, in nearby towns - 3 points.
