​Defence of Orkhan Zeynalov appealed the verdict

Baku. 5 August. REPORT.AZ/ Defence of Azerbaijan citizen Orkhan Zeynalov appealed decision of the court.

Report informs citing RIA Novosti, the verdict has not come into force yet.

The court found Orkhan Zeynalov guilty in the murder of Yegor Sherbakov (murder committed because of hooligan motives) and sentenced him to 17 years of inprisonment. In addition, the judge charged him 3 million rubles in favor of the father of the deceased.

The murder in Western Biryulevo led to wave of protersts.
