Court not remedy lawsuit of Korean company

Baku. 20 November. REPORT.AZ/ Court proceeding on appeal of 'Daewoo International Corporation' company of the Korean Republic against Eurobank OJSC ended.

Report informs, lawsuit of Korean company was not remedied in the session held under chairmanship of judge Hamid Hamidov.

Resolution adopted by first instance judgements in favor of Eurobank remained unchanged.

Korean company filed an appeal against the bank this year. 'Daewoo International Corporation' company appealing Baku Administrative Economic Court number 1 put in claims on payment of debt and caused damage. The court did not remedy the suit.

Eurobank's license cancelled by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (CBAR).
