Court acquits man accused of leaving scene of accident

Baku. 8 January. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani court acquitted man accused of leaving the scene of a car accident.

Report was told by his lawyer Jeyhun Vekilov.

According to the information, today Jamaladdin Hasanov was acquitted at the trial in the Nizami District Court, chaired by Judge Elnur Nuriyev.

Notably, traffic accident took place in May 2015 near the "Koroglu" metro station. D.Gasanov charged under Art. 264 (leaving the scene of an accident) of the Criminal Code.
