Bodies of military helicopter crash victims delivered to Baku

The bodies of those killed in the crash of a military helicopter of the State Border Service (GPS) in Khizi District were delivered to the Association of Forensic Medicine and Pathological Anatomy in Baku.

Report informs that after the examination, the bodies of the dead will be handed over to their families.

As a result of the crash of the military helicopter, 14 people were killed, 2 more were injured.

The Investigation Department of the Prosecutor- General's Office opened a criminal case under Article 352.2 (Violation of the rules of flight or preparation for flight, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence) and other articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. The prosecutor-general has taken under special control the investigation of the criminal case.
