Baku court delivers judgment on extradition of Turkish citizen that has blood feud

Baku. 21 October.REPORT.AZ/ Baku Court of Grave Crimes has today considered an adduction of the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry on extradition of Engin Said Dudu, who was wanted in Turkey.

Report informs, biographical details of the accused were specified in the trial presided by judge Fikrat Garibov.

Engin Said Dudu stated that he was born in Mardin in 1984, and has a blood feud there. He said that was attacked in 2008, when he was leaving university: "I also stabbed him. The court imprisoned me to 3 years and 4 months conditional sentence. Those persons were trying to find me for feud. Therefore, I fled to Azerbaijan. I got married here and our baby is at 7 months. Pardon act has already been issued in Turkey regarding the criminal case."

The Turkish citizen said that wants to return to his country: "I ask you to extradite me as my family lives there."

Then a judgment was passed. The court delivered a judgment on extradition of Engin Said Dudu to Turkey.

Notably, 32-year-old Engin Said Dudu was detained in Heydar Aliyev International Airport in early September this year, while trying to cross Azerbaijani border to go abroad. He was wanted in Turkey.
