Baku. 7 March. REPORT.AZ/ Today, a hearing in the Baku Court of Grave Crimes on the Ministry of Justice's appeal regarding the extradition of Turkish citizen Duman Ozgur Seyfeddin, 1990, to his country has ended.

Report informs that at the hearing chaired by judge Afghan Hajiyev, representatives of the Turkish Embassy, the Ministry of Justice and Duman himself wanted the appeal to be granted.

The court passed a decision on Duman's extradition to Turkey.

Earlier, Duman was arrested over charges of selling dangerous, explosive substances in Turkey and sentences to 7 years 6 months imprisonment. After his release, he continued to do the same things.

He fled to Georgia when the Turkish law-enforcement agencies passed a decision to search him. Staying in Georgia for a while, he came to Azerbaijan.

Thereafter, Turkey declared Duman internationally wanted.

While coming to Azerbaijan, Duman appealed to the State Migration Service and introduced himself as a Syrian citizen. Saying that he lost his documents, he asked to be sent to Turkey. However, investigation exposed his lies and he was arrested.

Duman was a member of a terrorist group and was involved in some terrorist acts in Turkey.
