Another Azerbaijani citizen shot dead in Ukraine

Kiev. 24 December. REPORT.AZ/ A citizen of Azerbaijan was shot dead in the territory of Troieschyna in Desnianskyi district of Kiev, Ukraine.

Kiev Bureau of Report News Agency informs that the victim was the resident of Imishli region of Azerbaijan, Guliyev Karim, born in 1979.

The Azerbaijani was killed in the scene of crime as a result of bullet wounds which happened a week ago. His corpse is currently in the district morgue. No measures have been taken yet to send the body to Azerbaijan.

Notably, several Azerbaijani citizens have been shot and more than 20 were kidnapped in Ukraine in recent years. No results have been obtained regarding the investigation of the incidents. At the same time, no result has been provided about the people who pursued and threatened the Azerbaijani reporter working in Report News Agency of Azerbaijan sent on an official journey to Kiev, capital of Ukraine on November 19-29.
