Azerbaijan sets 200 AZN fine for no mask on public transport

Baku Police will fine those who do not use masks on public transport.

Chief of the Public Security Department of the Nasimi District Police Office Elchin Isgandarov told Report.

"I ask and demand the residents of the capital to use face masks on public transport; otherwise, they will be subject to administrative penalty and detention under the Code of Administrative Offenses. Administrative detention will be applied for repeated violations. The penalties range from 100 to 200 AZN for individuals."
