Azerbaijan extradites scandalous blogger to Russia

The Azerbaijani side extradited the scandalous blogger Tural Mammadov, who was accused of an attack on the residents of St. Petersburg, to Russia, Report informs, citing the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia.

Earlier, 18-year-old Tural Mammadov was detained in Azerbaijan at the request of Russia.

According to the investigation, the young man deliberately created a conflict with other young people and beat them. Videos about this have been shared on social networks.

As part of the investigation, more than 10 people aged between 14 and 18 were detained.
