Austrian PM: "There is no place for PKK terrorist organisation in Austria"

Austrian Prime Minister Sebastian Kurz on Wednesday said there was no place in his country for the PKK terrorist organisation. Their "extreme left ideology" was not welcome Kurz said.
Kurz was speaking after PKK supporters unfurled banners at a May Day workers' rally in Vienna.
"The opposition should immediately cut ties with extreme groups like PKK," he said.
According to the Law on Symbols, which came into force on March 1 of the current year, public use of symbols of terrorist PKK in Austria is forbidden.
