​ANS appeal claim against NTRC was considered today

Baku. 5 November. REPORT.AZ/ Today the Appeal Court considered the appeal lawsuit of ANS Broadcasting and Media Company against National Television and Radio Council (NTRC). Report informs, on the hearing presided by Nureddin Mustafayev, the claim was partially remedied.

The decision of first instance was reversed by the court.

ANS Broadcasting and Media Company sued National Television and Radio Council (NTRC).
