2 helicopters involved in fighting fire in Gabala mountains

The Emergency Ministry's troops continue measures to tackle the fire in the area with the complex terrain close to the Solduja village of Gabala.

Report informs citing the ministry that the firefighting efforts involve the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency, Civil Defense Troops and the respective forces of the northwestern Regional Center, two helicopters of the aviation unit, as well as the employees of the Forestry Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

Though the complex terrain and windy weather complicate the firefighting measures, the works to put out the fire continue uninterruptedly.
