Baku. 3 November. REPORT.AZ/ Activity of WhatsApp instant messenger exchange system resumed.
Report informs, users are now able to use instant messenger exchange services, including chat.
The service is available in Azerbaijan, but users in some countries are still unable to use it.

Report informs, currently, users are unable to access WhatsApp services, including sending messages.
The problem is experienced in many countries, including Azerbaijan.
