Uzbekistan's biggest electronics manufacturer increases exports to Azerbaijan

The largest manufacturer of household appliances and electronics in Central Asia, the Uzbek company Artel Electronics, has increased its exports to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan and intends to strengthen the growth trend in the coming years, Chief Financial Officer of Artel Electronics Bektemir Murodov said, Report informs.

Last year, the company’s exports to Azerbaijan increased by $7.8 million or 2.1 times from 2017 and amounted to $14.6 million, its supplies to Kazakhstan rose by $24.7 million or 2.9 times and amounted to $37.5 million, to Tajikistan - by $12 million or 3.1 times and amounted to $17.6 million.

In general, compared to 2017, the 2021 exports of Artel Electronics increased by 60.2% or 2.7 times to $95 million.
