‘We would like to remember, that due to the technical issues on updating our FFP program from November 4 to November 12, 2019, we inform you that during this period a number of services of our program will be unavailable. These include access to an account, issuing reward tickets and contacting support center. Also, since today AZAL-Miles mobile application will no longer be supported. In the near future, the ability to manage your AZAL-Miles account will be added to the new Azerbaijan Airlines mobile application (AZAL), which is already available on the App Store and Google Play,’ the information said.
