Farid Osmanov: Acceleration of digital development in Azerbaijan increases demand for cybersecurity personnel

Seventy-six percent of graduates from the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center have been employed, Farid Osmanov, Chairman of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, told journalists at the Graduate Day event of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center, Report informs.

According to him, the acceleration of digital development in the country increases the demand for qualified personnel in the field of cybersecurity:

"Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center continues its activities to train professional personnel in this field. Today, there are 100 graduates within the fourth training program. In total, 180 people have graduated from three training programs. Currently, active work is being carried out in our country to develop human capital in the field of cybersecurity and ensure employment for graduates."
