Facebook employees stop to believe in prospects of company

Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ / Only 52% of Facebook employees are optimistic about the company's prospects, Report informs citing The Wall Street Journal.

Challenges faced by Facebook Inc. over the past year, adversely affect the morale of employees.

Thus, the latest survey of employees, which involved about 29,000 people, revealed that only 52% of them are optimistic about the prospects of Facebook. A year earlier, this share was 84%.

The percentage of those who believe that Facebook makes the world a better place has dropped from 72% to 53% last year.

Facebook conducts employee surveys twice a year-in April and October-to assess how much they believe in the company's mission and are confident in its positive global impact.
