Communication administrations of Azerbaijan, Turkey hold meeting

Ankara has hosted a bilateral coordination meeting between the communication administrations of Azerbaijan and Turkey on the coordination of radio frequency assignments for digital TV and radio broadcasting stations and mobile networks, Report informs citing the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

Azerbaijan was represented at the meeting by employees of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Ministry of Communications and New Technologies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the State Administration of Radio Frequencies, as well as mobile operators.

The parties discussed and agreed on frequencies and other technical parameters of digital radio and television broadcasting in the border areas of the two countries, principles and criteria for coordination, frequency use for mobile systems and technical parameters.
