Bakcell to launch 099 operator code soon

Bakcell will launch 099 operator code soon, Bakcell CEO Rainer Ratgeber told journalists.
"However, I can’t say exactly," he added.
While speaking about the quality of the internet in Azerbaijan, Ratgeber said: "I’m German. I pay EUR 10 for 2 GB internet in Germany, my son pays $30 in Canada. However, the quality is not high."
