    Bakcell opens a new Sales and Service Center

    The new center offers a wide range of services to Bakcell customers

    Baku. 27 July. REPORT.AZ/ Bakcell, the First Mobile Operator and The Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, continues to broaden its sales and service centers network, aiming to bring the company’s services and products even closer to the consumers.

    Report was told in the press service of the company, Bakcell has opened a Sales and Service Center with a brand new concept and design at the address: city of Baku, H.Z. Tagiyev str. 19. The new center offers a wide range of services to Bakcell customers. In this new center located in the center of the city, the subscribers will be able to get information about Bakcell products and services, as well as familiarize themselves with the latest innovations in mobile technologies and test a variety of mobile devices.

    “This new Sales and Service Center, which we have opened in the center of Baku city in order to get closer to our customers, differs from the others in terms of an innovative approach. Everything here is designed for the sake of providing comfort and convenience to our customers. As an innovative mobile operator, we always take into account today’s demands to ensure that our subscribers are able to benefit from our services and products in the most convenient way possible. This is crucial for the dynamic development of our company”, says Mr. Nikolai Beckers, Chief Executive Officer of Bakcell.

    Currently, Bakcell provides the best customer services to its subscribers with 30 Customer Service Centers operating in the country’s capital and regions. Bakcell will continue to broaden its sales and service centers network in order to make the company’s services even more available for the customers.
