Azerbaijan to raise tariffs for roaming services

Baku. 25 December. REPORT.AZ/ Devaluation of the national currency of Azerbaijan on December 21 will have a significant impact on the roaming tariffs of mobile operators.
An investigation conducted by the Report News Agency revealed that, the mobile operators of Azerbaijan are talking with foreign partners regarding the roaming services in foreign currency, so that the cost of this service in manat equivalent has also increased. This will lead to a rise in price of roaming services provided to customers.
The company 'Azercell Telecom' in response to a request Report said that, growth of the exchange rate in the country had no immediate impact on the tariffs for roaming services, mobile communications and Internet.
