Azerbaijan’s laptop production surges fivefold in July

Azerbaijan produced 1,006 laptops during the first seven months of 2024, marking a 2.2-fold increase compared to the same period last year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

From January through July of this year, the country also produced 976 personal computers, which is a 69.3% decrease year-on-year.

In July alone, 103 laptops and 132 personal computers were produced in the country. These figures represent a fivefold increase in laptop production and a 29% decrease in personal computer production compared to June.
