Azerbaijan's desktop production rises tenfold in May

In January–May 2026, Azerbaijan produced 692 laptops and 287 desktop computers, marking a year-on-year decline of 51.5% and 83.1%, respectively, Report informs, citing the country's State Statistical Committee.
No laptops were produced in May. However, 113 desktop computers were manufactured during the month, which is 10 times more than a year earlier.
Meanwhile, in 2025, Azerbaijan produced 27,645 laptops and 2,920 desktop computers. Compared with 2024, laptop production rose by 3.5%, while desktop computer output fell by 52%.
