Azerbaijan advances 3 steps in average broadband internet speed

In June this year, Azerbaijan ranked 122nd among 181 countries in the world in terms of the average speed of fixed broadband Internet.
Report informs citing the Speedtest Global Index that the average speed of fixed broadband Internet in the country last month was 25.59 Mbps.
Having advanced two steps in terms of mobile Internet speed, Azerbaijan has ranked 66th with a speed of 37.11 Mbps.
Monaco ranks first in broadband Internet speed (260.74 Mbps), followed by Turkmenistan (4.49 Mbps).
In terms of mobile Internet, the United Arab Emirates is ahead of other countries (193.51 Mbps), Afghanistan closes the ranking at 137th place with a speed of 7.37 Mbps.
